that form and mail back along with your exchange/return items. Should you not a
have that form, you may submit the online Exchange form below:
Exchanges/Refunds: Your products may be exchanged anytime within 30 days after your receipt.
Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange for any reason, you may do so with the form below. You will need to supply your name, order number and specific request. You may exchange for a different size, different color, or you may change to another product. Product changes are subject to any difference in pricing. There is no charge for an initial exchange. Note that "Special Order" or "Custom Suits", which are those items made specifically for a customer, are not exchangeable or refundedable.
Cost: There is no charge for the first exchange unless you are changing product styles where there is a difference in price. Subsequent exchanges will incur a new shipping charge.
Refunds: Products are refundable less a 10% restocking fee, plus original shipping and handling. If your original order's shipping and handling was Free, then an additional $3.95 ($7.95 for non U.S.) will be charged. Use form below and add "Refund" in "Desired item" box(es). Note: Custom or Special orders are non/refundable and non/exchangeable.
Store Credit: Should you not wish an exchange or partial refund, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit for a future purchase, good for one year from date of original purchase
Should you not have an exchange form, please fill out the form below. If you have more than four items, please submit and then fill out another form for the balance.. You will receive a return email usually within 1 business day with instructions.

Please Note: All exchanged/refunded returned product(s) must have hygiene stickers and labels in place and must not have been worn. Please return your item via First Class US Mail. If you need your exchange quicker, provide us a tracking number after you have shipped your exchange and we will ship your new item prior to receiving your exchange.
