may print the Order Form & FAX. Should you wish to pay via
Money Order, Cashier's Check or personal check, you may do so by printing the
Order Form from FAX or Mail Orders
and either mailing or faxing per the information on the form.

information transmitted over our shopping link service. We, at Brigitewear,
are committed to providing our customers a superior product and superior

Exchanges: Your products
may be exchanged anytime within 30 days
after your receipt. Should you wish to exchange for
any reason, you may do so at
Exchanges . You
will need to supply your name, order number and specific request. You may
exchange for a different size, different color, or you may change to another
product. Product changes are subject to any difference in pricing. There
is no charge for an initial exchange. Note that "Special Order"
or "Custom Suits", which are those items made specifically for a customer, are
not exchangeable or refundable.
Cost: There is no charge for the first
exchange unless you are changing product styles where there is a difference in
price. Subsequent exchanges will incur a new shipping fee.
Refunds: Products are refundable
for the product cost less a 15% restocking
fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable. If your original shipping
was Free, you will incur an additional $3.95 ($7.95 non US) in addition to the restocking
fee. Note: Custom or Special
order items are non/refundable non/exchangeable.
Exceptions: Should you be unsure of your size and order two or more
different sizes of the same item, provided you keep one, you may return those
that did not fit for a full refund. Likewise, if you order several
different items at one time and decide you do not wish to keep one or more,
but keep at least one item from the order, the other items are returnable for
a full refund.
Store Credit: Should you not wish an
exchange or partial refund, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit for
a future purchase, good for two years from date of original purchase.
All exchanged/refunded returned product(s) must have hygiene stickers and
labels in place and must not have been worn.
Doesn't fit or just don't like the style? We offer
immediate exchanges for a different style or product and free exchanges for
size changes. Style changes are subject to any difference in price, otherwise,
first style or size changes are free. Immediate shipment of your exchange will
be subject to you providing a tracking number or a credit card guarantee for
your return product. Should the price of a different style be less than your
original purchase, you will be issued a full refund for the difference.
